Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on US orders over $79. Below that, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay, so you always see the full amount first.
Do you ship outside the US?
We currently sell to US addresses only. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout for your address. If you have a question about a specific location, email us before ordering.
Can I order a set as a gift?
Yes, you can send any order to a different address at checkout. With delivery taking 8 to 16 days, order early if the set is meant for a specific date or occasion.

Can I exchange a set for another?

Choosing a set
What size chess set should I buy?
For home play, a board around 15 to 20 inches suits most tables. Tournament boards usually have 2.25 inch squares. Our chess set guide explains how to match pieces to squares.
Which mahjong set do I need for American mahjong?
American mahjong needs a set with jokers, usually 152 tiles, plus racks. Chinese and Japanese sets have no jokers and fewer tiles. Each listing states which style the set suits.
Double six or double twelve dominoes?
Choose double six for two to four players and classic games. Choose double twelve for bigger groups and Mexican Train, since it has 91 tiles instead of 28.
How do I check what comes in a set?
Read the contents line in each listing: it names what is in the box or case. Photos may show a table set for play. If anything is unclear, email us and we will confirm.
Care and help
How should I clean game pieces?
A soft dry cloth suits most boards, pieces and chips. For mahjong tiles, use a slightly damp cloth and let them dry fully. Keep sets away from direct sun and heat.
How do I contact you?
Email is the way to reach us, through the contact page or directly. Include your order number if you have one, so we can answer without asking twice.
