30 days to decide

You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Cats are choosy, and we would rather you send back a piece that does not suit than keep it in a cupboard.

What unused means

Not installed, not slept on, not scratched, and returned with its parts and packaging. A quick sniff by the cat is fine.

How to return

Email us with your order number and the item you want to return. We will reply with the return steps. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.

Damaged on arrival

If something arrives damaged, email us within a few days with your order number and a photo of the item and the box. Please do not install it. We will reply with the next steps.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is checked, we issue the refund and confirm it by email.
