When will my order arrive?
Most orders arrive in 8 to 16 days. Items ship from an overseas partner warehouse, so delivery takes longer than next day, and shipping is free on US orders over $79. Write to us any time for an update on your order.
Can I return this if it does not suit me?
Yes, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Keep the item in its original packaging and email us first so we can send the return steps. Refunds go back to your original payment method once the item arrives.
Is this paddle approved for tournament play?
We do not claim tournament approval for any product. Recreational and club play has no approval requirement. If you play sanctioned events, check the official USA Pickleball approved list for the exact model first, and email us with any question before ordering.
How do I know which grip size I need?
Measure from your palm's middle crease to your ring fingertip. Most adults fall between about 4 and 4.5 inches. If you are between sizes, choose the smaller grip, because an overgrip can build it up but nothing makes a thick handle thinner.
