30 days on unused items

You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery, in their original packaging.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and the item you want to return. We reply with the return steps. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received, the refund goes back to your original payment method.

Damaged or faulty items

If something arrives damaged or does not work as described, email us with photos within a few days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund with you.

Used items

Paddles, rackets and balls that have been played with cannot be returned, because they cannot be resold as new.
