30 days on unused items

You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. A kit should be unbuilt, with its parts still in the sheets and its contents complete.

Email us with your order number and the item you want to return. We reply with the next steps for your order before you send anything back.

A kit that has been started counts as used and cannot be returned. If a part is missing or damaged, email us first and we will help you sort it out.
