What else will I need?
Usually only scissors, and sometimes a stitch marker or tapestry needle. The list of what is included shows exactly what is in the box, so anything not listed is worth having ready before you start.
When will my order arrive?
Orders arrive in 8 to 16 days at US addresses. Shipping is free over $79. If your order has not arrived after 16 days, email us with your order number and we will look into it.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Yarn that has been worked or a kit that has been started is not returnable. Email us first and we will send you the steps.
