30 days for unused items

You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Items should be in their original condition.

What cannot be returned

Kits that have been started and yarn that has been worked cannot be resold, so they cannot be returned.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and the item you want to return. We will reply with the return steps. Please do not send items back before you hear from us.

Damaged or incomplete items

If something arrives damaged or a part is missing, email us with your order number and a photo. We will reply with the options.
