Getting your cat to use it
Put the bed where your cat already naps, not where it looks best on day one. Add a blanket or a worn T-shirt that smells like home. Give it a few days. New beds often get ignored before they get claimed.
Care
Shake out or vacuum hair regularly. Wash following the label on the bed or its cover, and let it dry completely before your cat uses it again.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 8 to 16 days after your order is placed. Your items ship from our suppliers' warehouses, which is why we give a range. Shipping is free on US orders over $79, and the cost for smaller orders is shown at checkout.
Can I return something my cat ignores?
Yes, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Cats are choosy, so give a new piece a few days first. If it still is not working, email us with your order number and we will send the return steps.
