How to play
Move wand toys like prey: let them hide, creep, then dart away. End each session by letting your cat catch the toy. Short sessions, a few times a day, work better than one long one.
Habits worth keeping
Put wand and string toys away after play and keep them out of reach. Check toys for loose parts and replace anything that is falling apart. Supervise play with any toy that has strings or small pieces.
Keep it fresh
Cats lose interest in toys that are always out. Keep a few in a drawer and rotate them every few days.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 8 to 16 days after your order is placed. Your items ship from our suppliers' warehouses, which is why we give a range. Shipping is free on US orders over $79, and the cost for smaller orders is shown at checkout.
Can I return something my cat ignores?
Yes, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Cats are choosy, so give a new piece a few days first. If it still is not working, email us with your order number and we will send the return steps.
How do I know it will fit?
Check the dimensions on this page against your space before ordering. Measure the glass, sill, wall, chair gap or floor where it will go. If a size you need is not listed, email us and we will check with the supplier before you buy.
How do I contact you?
Email is the way to reach us, and a person reads every message. Include your order number if your question is about an order. We answer questions on sizing, delivery, returns and choosing between pieces before you buy.
