These pieces fix to the wall with screws. Find out whether your wall is drywall, plaster or masonry and use fixings suited to it. Fix into studs where you can, and test each shelf by pressing down firmly before your cat uses it.
Care
Dust or wipe the surfaces with a damp cloth. Removable pads can be washed following their label. Check the screws every few months and tighten them if anything feels loose.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 8 to 16 days after your order is placed. Your items ship from our suppliers' warehouses, which is why we give a range. Shipping is free on US orders over $79, and the cost for smaller orders is shown at checkout.

Yes, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Cats are choosy, so give a new piece a few days first. If it still is not working, email us with your order number and we will send the return steps.
