How a window perch works
A window perch gives your cat a seat at the glass. Suction models hold to the window with cups and need smooth, clean, flat glass. Sill-mounted models rest on or clip to the window ledge, so the depth of your sill matters. Check the dimensions above against your window before ordering.
Setting it up
Clean the glass with a degreasing cleaner and let it dry fully before fitting suction cups. Press each cup flat to push the air out. Test the perch by pressing down with your hand before your cat uses it, and check the cups again every couple of weeks.
Care
Wipe the frame with a damp cloth. Removable covers can be washed following the label on the cover. Suction cups grip best when they are clean, so rinse them in warm water if they lose their hold.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 8 to 16 days after your order is placed. Your items ship from our suppliers' warehouses, which is why we give a range. Shipping is free on US orders over $79, and the cost for smaller orders is shown at checkout.
Can I return something my cat ignores?
Yes, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Cats are choosy, so give a new piece a few days first. If it still is not working, email us with your order number and we will send the return steps.

Check the dimensions on this page against your space before ordering. Measure the glass, sill, wall, chair gap or floor where it will go. If a size you need is not listed, email us and we will check with the supplier before you buy.
