Returns within 30 days

The policy

Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items should be clean, unused and in their original packaging.

How to start a return

Email hello@slowpour.com with your order number and the item you want to send back. We reply with the return steps and the address to use.

Refunds

Once the item reaches us and is checked as unused, we refund it to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider sets how long it takes to appear.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within a few days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will reply with the next step.
