Pour with control
Kettles and scales
A gooseneck spout pours a thin, steady stream, which is what pour over asks for. A scale with a timer turns a recipe into numbers you can repeat: grams of coffee, grams of water, minutes on the clock. Together they take most of the guessing out of the morning cup.
