30 days, unused items

You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Keep the original packaging if you can, it makes the return simpler.

How to start a return

Email hello@backyardwren.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We reply with the return steps. Please do not send items back before you hear from us.

Damaged or wrong item

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us soon after delivery with your order number and a photo. We will work it out with you.

Refunds

Once a return is received and checked, the refund goes back to the original payment method. We email you when it has been issued.
