Peel & Ember sells griddle, grill and pizza oven tools to backyard cooks in the US. Here is how we choose them and how we stand behind them.
Too many tools look alike
Search for a griddle spatula or a pizza peel and you get pages of near-identical listings, each with a different name and a vague description. It is hard to tell which one does the job.
We started Peel & Ember to sort through that. We look at the options in each category and keep the versions that are built for the work: a spatula with a real edge, a peel that fits an oven opening, a stone that holds heat.
We would rather show you fewer tools that each do the job.
Sorted by what you cook on
A flat-top griddle, a charcoal grill and a pizza oven each need different tools. So the store is organized around the cooking surface, not around a long list of products.
Each product page says plainly what the tool is for, what size it is and how to look after it. If something is not known, we do not guess. You can always email us and ask.
Standing behind every order
Our tools are sent from supplier partners, and delivery takes 8 to 16 days to US addresses. We say that up front so you can plan your next cook.
