How shipping works, plainly

Delivery time

Orders are delivered in 8 to 16 days to US addresses. Our tools are prepared and sent by supplier partners, so please plan ahead for a cook day, a gift or a holiday weekend.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on US orders over $79. Below that amount, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Order updates

You get a confirmation email when your order is placed. For any question about where an order is, email hello@peelandember.com with your order number.

Heavy or large items

Stones, steels and larger sets can arrive in more than one parcel. If part of an order arrives first, the rest is on its way. Email us if anything is missing after 16 days.
