Returns, without the runaround

30 days on unused items

If an unused item is not right for you, you can return it within 30 days. Items must be unused, clean and in their original packaging.

What cannot be returned

Tools that have been cooked with, seasoned, cut on or put on a fire cannot be returned. Check the size against your griddle, grill or oven before first use.

How to start a return

Email hello@peelandember.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We reply with the return steps and the address to use.

Damaged on arrival

If something arrives damaged, email us with a photo and your order number within a few days of delivery. Keep the item and packaging until we reply.

Refunds

Once the return is received and checked, the refund goes back to your original payment method. Email us if you have questions about a refund.
