Delivery takes 8 to 16 days to US addresses. Orders are prepared and sent by our supplier partners. You get a confirmation email when the order is placed, and you can email us any time to check on its progress.

Shipping is free on US orders over $79. Below that, the exact shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, so you always see the full total before confirming the order.

Right now we only ship to US addresses. If you are outside the US, please do not place an order yet. You are welcome to email us, and we will let you know if that changes.

Email us as soon as possible and we will try. Once an order has been sent by our supplier partner it cannot be changed, but unused items can still be returned within 30 days of arrival.

Unused items can be returned within 30 days. Email us with your order number and the item you want to return, and we will reply with the steps. Tools that have been cooked with or seasoned cannot be returned.

Email us within a few days with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will look at it and sort out a replacement or a refund, so keep the item and its packaging until we reply.

Refunds go back to your original payment method once the return is received and checked. Email us with your order number if you have not seen the refund after it has been confirmed, and we will look into it.

Choose a peel narrower than your oven opening. Measure the mouth of your pizza oven or the inside of your grill and leave room on each side. A blade a little wider than your pizza makes launching easier.

Check your oven rack against the stone size first. Leave a gap of about an inch on each side so hot air can circulate. On a grill, the stone should sit flat on the grate with the lid able to close.

Spatulas, scrapers and bottles work on any flat-top griddle. Domes, covers and mats depend on cooktop size, so compare the measurements on the product page with your griddle. Email us if a size is missing.

Hand washing is the safe default for most grill tools. Wooden handles, peels and stones should never go in a dishwasher. Follow the care note on each product page, and dry metal tools fully to keep them in good shape.

Scrape a pizza stone once it has fully cooled, then wipe it with a damp cloth. Skip the soap, since the stone absorbs it. Dark stains are normal and do not change how it bakes.

Fill the box with wood chips, set it over a lit burner and close the lid. Wait until smoke appears before adding food. Check the product page for the placement that suits your box or pellet tube.
