Why a gooseneck spout
A long, narrow spout pours a slow, thin stream that lands exactly where you aim it. That control matters for pour over, where an even, gentle pour keeps the coffee bed level and the extraction steady from first drop to last.
Why weigh your coffee
Scoops vary with the bean and the roast, but grams do not. A scale with a timer lets you measure coffee, water and time in one place, so a cup you liked today is a cup you can repeat tomorrow.
Care
Wipe a scale with a dry or lightly damp cloth and never hold it under the tap. Rinse a kettle after use and descale it with a vinegar or citric acid rinse when white marks appear inside.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 8 to 16 days to any US address. Shipping is free on orders over $79, and we email a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way to you.
Can I return this if it is not right?
Yes, return it unused within 30 days of delivery. Email us with your order number and we will reply with the return steps. Once the item is back with us, we issue the refund.
Will this work with my setup?
Check the size and fit notes on this page first. If anything is unclear, email us the dripper, grinder or machine you use and we will tell you what we know about how it fits.
How do I reach support?
Email hello@slowpour.com and a person will reply. Include your order number if you have one, and tell us what you brew with so we can give you a useful answer.
