Is installation included?
Installation is not included, but every item comes with the maker's instructions. Many pieces need no tools. Screw-in grab bars need a drill and the right anchors, and a local handyman can fit one if you prefer not to drill into tile.
When will my order arrive?
Orders arrive in 8 to 16 days to US addresses. Shipping is free on orders over $79. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships, and you can ship it directly to a parent or relative.
Can I return it if it is wrong?
Yes, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Keep the original packaging and email us your order number to start a return. We will reply with the return address and the next steps.
