Returns

30 days to return

You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Items should be in their original condition and packaging.

How to start a return

Email us your order number and the item you want to return. We will reply with the return address and the steps to follow.

Refunds

Once the item arrives back and is checked, we refund the original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to show it.

Damaged or wrong item

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us a photo with your order number within a few days of delivery and we will put it right.
