Shipping and delivery

Delivery time

Orders arrive in 8 to 16 days to US addresses. Orders ship from our partner warehouses, and the time includes processing and transit.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on orders over $79. Below that, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Some orders arrive in more than one parcel, each with its own tracking link.

Shipping to someone else

You can send an order straight to a parent or relative. Enter their address as the shipping address at checkout. Confirmation and tracking emails come to you.

Questions

If tracking has not moved for several days or a parcel seems lost, email us with your order number and we will look into it.
