Check your bed
Measure the mattress height from the floor and its thickness, and note the frame type: slats, box spring or platform. Bed assist rails that slide under the mattress need the right fit to stay steady. Compare your numbers with the fit notes on this page.
Fit it exactly
Follow the fitting instructions step by step, including any strap that anchors the rail to the bed frame. Check that there is no gap between the rail and the side of the mattress. If anything wobbles, stop and refit it before use.
Keep checking
Look over the straps, joints and handle every week. Retighten anything loose, and check the fit again whenever you change or turn the mattress.
How do I know this will fit?
Measure the space first and compare it with the details on this page. The guides on our site show exactly what to measure for grab bars and shower seats. If you are still unsure, email us your measurements before you order and we will help.
Is installation included?
Installation is not included, but every item comes with the maker's instructions. Many pieces need no tools. Screw-in grab bars need a drill and the right anchors, and a local handyman can fit one if you prefer not to drill into tile.
When will my order arrive?
Orders arrive in 8 to 16 days to US addresses. Shipping is free on orders over $79. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships, and you can ship it directly to a parent or relative.
Can I return it if it is wrong?
Yes, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Keep the original packaging and email us your order number to start a return. We will reply with the return address and the next steps.
