Measure the floor
Measure the flat floor inside the tub or shower tray, wall to wall at the base, and the door or tub opening. Leave room for your knees and to turn. Compare these numbers with the size listed on this page before you order.
Set it up
Assemble the seat as the instructions show and lock every leg at the same height. Seated with feet flat, knees should be about level with hips. Check that all the feet sit flat on the wet floor before each use, and read the weight rating listed on this page.
Care
Rinse the seat after use and let it dry. Wipe it with a mild cleaner once a week. Check the rubber feet and leg locks now and then, and stop using the seat if a foot is worn or a lock will not hold.

Is installation included?
Installation is not included, but every item comes with the maker's instructions. Many pieces need no tools. Screw-in grab bars need a drill and the right anchors, and a local handyman can fit one if you prefer not to drill into tile.

Can I return it if it is wrong?
Yes, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Keep the original packaging and email us your order number to start a return. We will reply with the return address and the next steps.
